Ordering Information

ARTWORK:  Digital art sent on computer disk or by e-mail is preferred.  We currently support the following computer formats: Adobe Illustrator. Vector-based art files (not scanned or bitmap images are  preferred.  Please convert all text to outlines, curves or paths before sending the artwork be cleaned up and/or created from your sketch or components at a charge of $60.00 per hour. Exact charges quoted upon review of the project.

Digital Artwork: For best results, we prefer VECTOR ART created in Adobe Illustrator.  Vector images are created in a drawing program and consist of shapes based on mathematics. These graphics contain clear, smooth lines that retain their sharpness and proportions when edited.  When submitting your vector art, we accept the following:
Media: Zip disks or CD.
E-mail: Please forward your art files to art@firstandforemostpromotions.com. A printout of all digital and email art must accompany the purchase order. with company name, phone, fax, and contact information. Please include PMS (Pantone Matching System) coated colors with your files.
Multiple Color Designs: For best results, artwork must be pre-approved by First And Foremost Promotions Inc. for printability. Digital art must be vector art. Mechanical art must be provided as a black and white composite, with colors indicated.

Ink imprinting. Colors must be separated by at least 1⁄2" to allow for color movement. Please note that some color movement will still occur. Multi-color imprinting is not available on some bags. Multi-color imprinting is not available on some bags. Minimum requirements for fonts are 10 pt. and 1 point. lines.

Foil Imprinting. Colors must be separated by at least 1⁄8" to allow for color movement. Please note that some color movement will still occur. Designs with tighter registration must be pre-approved. Multi-color imprinting is not available on some bags. Minimum requirements for fonts are 10 pointt. and 1 pointt. lines.

Screen Imprinting. Color registration requirements exist and must be pre-approved. Please note that some color movement will still occur. Minimum requirements for fonts are 16 pointt. and 2 point. lines.

Color Vista Print Technology. ColorVista is ideal for designs requiring close registration on our non- woven bags. Please submit artwork in CMYK color. For best results, some minor adjustments may be required and you will be contacted for approval prior to any changes. Minimum requirements for fonts are 16 point. and 2 point. lines.

Halftones (Photos or Photographic Images):
For best results, artwork consisting of halftones will be pre-approved by First And Foremost Promotions Inc. Such designs must be printed at 30 lines per inch at a 45 degree angle, with tint percentages not lower than 20% nor greater than 60%.

Important Note: A scanned image (e.g. .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .psd, .pdf) or art created in a photo/paint program is not vector art.  In addition, placing, linking, embedding, or copying these images into a drawing program does not convert them into vector art and will not meet our art requirements.

EYE MARKS: Some bags may be printed with a small, solid rectangular box in the lower corner of one side of the bag.  This box, or eye mark, helps assure the accuracy of bag size and print registration during manufacturing.

OVER/UNDERRUNS:The over/underruns amount varies by item and printing process. They can range from 5-30%. Actual amounts will be indicated on the order confirmation.
Art Charges: To assist you with achieving the best possible imprint, we are pleased to offer one free hour of creative artwork services plus one free art revision. Free Art service does not apply to Design Center Orders. If necessary, additional art services are billed at $60.00 per hour.

PROOFS: On new orders, a black and white paper proof is sent via fax or e-mail, which must be signed and returned before production can begin.

Stock Designs: Clip art and stock designs are available. Call to request a faxed sample sheet or visit our website to view our basic stock design library.
 

Shipping: For better service, please specify your deadline use date and requested shipping method. As it is common for First And Foremost Promotions Inc. to ship early, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline.

Shipping Weights: Weights listed in our catalog are approximate weights per box. First And Foremost Promotions cannot be responsible for differences in actual freight versus quoted freight charges.

Special Freight Fees: Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, international,  incur additional shipping fees. First And Foremost Promotions reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued. Freight & duty fees must be charged on your freight account

Shipping:  F.O.B. varies: NJ, NY, IL, CA unless otherwise specified.  If no specific method of shipment is requested, we will use our judgment regarding the selection of a carrier.  Generally, we use the most economical service available.

Special Packaging:  Please request at time of inquiry. 

Split Shipmens: $10.00 per location.

Special Packaging/Slip Sheeting: $5.00 per box.

Country of Origin: All cartons are marked with the country of origin.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, company check or money order. Payment must be received in order to put your order into production. Your credit card  will not be charged until we receive your  approval of the confirmation of your order.
 

Terms and conditions:  Your order is very important. When you submit your order, it will be reviewed and updated if necessary. A confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail or fax to confirm the particulars of your order. Your approval of this confirmation acknowledges the accuracy and acceptance the details as indicated. First And Foremost Promotions Inc. will not be responsible for errors after approval.  Any disputes will be subject to the laws of New York State. The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of First And Foremost Promotions Inc.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs, including, set-up and plates charges.
 

Claims / Return Policy: All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. Any claims must be made in writing within 4 days of receipt of items. Only unimprinted products may be returned. First And foremost Promotions Inc. must be notified within 4 days and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be assigned. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return freight charges

 
ORDER CONFIRMATION: All orders are promptly acknowledged by fax or e-mail.  Please read the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately with any discrepancies or changes.

PAYMENT TERMS:  Prepayment prior to placing your order into production. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Orders Must be e-mailed or faxed. We will not be responsible for errors on handwritten orders.

Corrections/Cancellations: Any correction or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date.

Pricing:  Prices are in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
