Shipping & Returns

Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs, including, set-up and plates charges.

Claims / Return Policy: All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. Any claims must be made in writing within 4 days of receipt of items. Only unimprinted products may be returned. First And foremost Promotions Inc. must be notified within 4 days and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be assigned. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return freight charges.

Your order is very important. When you submit your order, it will be reviewed and updated if necessary. A confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail or fax to confirm the particulars of your order. Your approval of this confirmation acknowledges the accuracy and acceptance the details as indicated. First And Foremost Promotions Inc. will not be responsible for errors after approval.  Any disputes will be subject to the laws of New York State. The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of First And Foremost Promotions Inc.
